Gallup Municipal Court has scheduled two volunteer clean-up events in September, and says they are the last of the year.

On Sept. 4 crews start on Route 66 East at the Rehoboth turnoff and work west. On Sept. 18 they start on Second Street at Rocket Cafe and head north. Both days run from 6 a.m. to noon.

The court says the September dates are touch-ups to areas volunteers have already covered. Snacks and supplies will be provided; volunteers are asked to come prepared for weather and walking.
