Navajo Nation voters have until Wednesday, Sept. 24, to register for the 2026 general election, according to a Navajo Election Administration notice posted by the Pinedale Chapter.
The general election is Tuesday, Nov. 3. Registration closes at 5 p.m. on Sept. 24.
Absentee voting begins Oct. 5. Completed absentee ballot request applications must reach the Navajo Election Administration by 5 p.m. Oct. 19. The last day to vote in person at any Navajo Nation election office is Oct. 30 at 5 p.m.
The Eastern Navajo Agency election office in Crownpoint can be reached at 1-888-508-6870. The Navajo Election Administration is at the Navajo Inn Office Complex, Suite 110, in Window Rock, at 1-800-775-VOTE.
