Art for All: 1930s Federal Art Centers

The first lecture in gallupARTS's New Deal art guest lecture series. Dr. Sara Woodbury, curator of art at the Barry Art Museum at Old Dominion University, on the 1930s Federal Art Centers and the New Deal's goal of art for all. New Mexico had four, including one in Gallup. Free and open to the public; light refreshments served. It can be attended online as well as in person, and online attendance requires registration.
