Special City Council Meeting: three zoning appeals

A special meeting of the Gallup City Council to hear three appeals of Planning and Zoning Commission decisions: two over a conditional use permit for heavy manufacturing off Carbon Coal Road, west of U.S. 491, and one over the denial of a request to rezone land on Mark Avenue.
