Visit Gallup is taking event listings for its official web calendar for 2027, and its flyer sets a deadline of Oct. 15, 2026.

It asked business owners, event hosts and community partners to submit anything they are hosting next year, and named festivals, concerts, sports tournaments, art markets, community gatherings and cultural gatherings as examples. The flyer says a listing is free and calls the calendar Gallup's primary tourism portal.

Submitted events are considered for the annual Visitor's Guide, the monthly newsletters and the official social media channels, the flyer says. It asks anyone organizing a recurring or seasonal event to submit early to be placed in upcoming print and digital tourism promotions.

The post says Visit Gallup is opening advertising in the 2027 Official Gallup Visitor's Guide at the same time.
