NTUA said its water crew cannot have equipment at the site of a water outage in the Pinedale area until the morning of Sept. 15.
The utility said it has also received reports of heavy rainfall in the area, which may slow its response. Pinedale Chapter posted the notice for residents who have no water.
NTUA said it will try to get updates as they become available, and that residents are welcome to follow up with it to ask for them.
