County crews resurfaced approximately four miles of Rainbow Trail and Lobo Valley Roads near the Chapter House. The work took two months and finished with a final layer of asphalt and chip seal. The county said it improves the safety and longevity of the roads.

Approximately four miles of road in Pinedale have been resurfaced, the McKinley County Roads Department said.
County crews spent two months on Rainbow Trail and Lobo Valley Roads, and completed the project by applying the final layer of asphalt and chip seal. The county said the work improves both the safety and the longevity of what it called important community roads.
