Gallup police seek Kasey Benally in Pit Stop Body Shop shooting

Gallup police are searching for Kasey Benally, who they say is armed and dangerous, after a July 29 shooting that severely injured one person.
The shooting happened at the Pit Stop Body Shop at 2701 Boyd Ave. Police obtained an arrest warrant for Benally on July 31 in connection with the shooting.
Anyone with information is asked to call Gallup police at 505-863-9365, Metro Dispatch at 505-722-2002, or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-722-6161. Police urged Benally to surrender peacefully.
