McKinley Academy sets August orientation; classes begin Aug. 17
Students pick up class schedules, laptops and school supplies at orientation sessions Aug. 5-14, ahead of the first day of classes on Monday, Aug. 17.

As the new school year approaches, McKinley Academy will welcome students back for orientation, where they can pick up class schedules, laptops, textbooks where applicable, and school supplies.
Incoming ninth graders go first on Aug. 5, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the new McKinley Academy building on the west side of Gurley Hall. Returning 10th graders follow on Aug. 12, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Calvin Hall Auditorium, and students new to the 10th, 11th and 12th grades have their session in the same auditorium on Aug. 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Returning 11th and 12th graders can come in Aug. 11-14, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., in Calvin Hall, Room 100. Classes begin Monday, Aug. 17.
